Explanation of Inflatable Tent

The outer tent fabric is made of reinforced polyester fabric with a single-sided PVC waterproof coating, which is an important variety of synthetic fiber. The polyester fabric, after being fixed, can maintain its smooth and fluffy appearance even after repeated use. Generally speaking, if the outer covering of the inflatable tent is made of PVC, it will greatly extend the service life.

Inflatable Tent Structure

The inflatable tent has an arched inflatable frame structure, with two longitudinal air chambers at the bottom connected to several vertical columns and horizontal air chambers to form the inflatable frame. The air chamber pressure is 15-20 kPa. The air column material uses high-strength PVC 1000D coated airtight fabric; the floor of the inflatable tent is made of PVC composite fabric by hot-melt molding to ensure the stability of the tent and prevent the inflatable tent from deforming due to the two sides being pushed outward.

The inflatable tent has side windows, and we use customized wider zippers to avoid the problem of tight and easily damaged zippers. The windows are equipped with waterproof curtains and mosquito nets, and the mosquito net technology can provide good ventilation, cooling, and mosquito protection in the summer.

Waterproof treatment of the tent fixation webbing loop: There is a cuff treatment on the high position of the outer tent fabric to prevent rainwater from entering the tent; the webbing loop is designed at the position where the air column edge and the cuff overlap, used to thread the rope for fixing and reinforcing the tent; the webbing loops of our company are all made of double-layer leather by handcraft.
